Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing raisedigital.io or purchasing any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

P TO Z / Raise Digital (operated by P TO Z LLC) provides digital marketing services including but not limited to: website design and hosting, Google Business Profile management, lead follow-up automation, AI chat tools, review automation, and paid ad oversight. Services are delivered as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

3. No Guarantee of Results

IMPORTANT: P TO Z / Raise Digital does not guarantee specific outcomes including but not limited to: search engine rankings, number of leads, revenue increases, call volume, or return on investment.

Digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control including your industry, market competition, geographic area, and search engine algorithms. Any case studies, examples, or projections shared are illustrative only and not a promise of similar results for your business.

4. Payment Terms

• All plans are billed monthly via Stripe. By completing checkout, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method on file.
• Setup fees are charged once at the start of service and are non-refundable.
• Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance. No partial-month refunds are issued for cancellations mid-cycle.
• Add-on services are billed monthly alongside your base plan.
• Custom (promo code) plans may include a fixed term; the end date will be disclosed at checkout and confirmed by email. No action is required to stop billing — it stops automatically.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing joe@raisedigital.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for the following month. Setup fees are non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing.

6. Refund Policy

• Setup fees: non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Monthly fees: non-refundable for any portion of a paid period already in progress.
• If P TO Z / Raise Digital fails to deliver a service you paid for and does not correct the issue within 14 days of written notice, you may request a prorated credit for that specific service.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate business information, access credentials, and content required for service delivery.
• Respond to onboarding and approval requests within a reasonable time. Delays caused by your non-response do not extend the billing cycle.
• Not use P TO Z / Raise Digital services for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the website content and copy created for your business. P TO Z / Raise Digital retains the right to display your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. All tools, automations, and platform configurations built on third-party software remain subject to those platforms' respective terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ohio law, P TO Z LLC's total liability for any claim arising from these services shall not exceed the total amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim. P TO Z LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including lost profits, lost customers, or business interruption.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless P TO Z LLC, its members, and contractors from any claims, losses, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from: your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any dispute must first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Union County, Ohio under the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after notice of changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active clients by email of material changes.
