Jo ran Monarch Property Services — a pressure washing and property maintenance company in Marysville. Like most local business owners, the hardest part wasn't the work. It was getting customers, following up on leads, and keeping the phone ringing without spending money on ads.
After trying every "digital marketing solution" out there and finding that most of them were built for enterprise companies with enterprise budgets — not small teams doing real work — Jo started building what was actually needed.
